When we source professionals for your critical openings, our search efforts are always confidential. Whether you're looking to confidentially replace a key individual, you need help filling an opening that has proven to be especially difficult through your own efforts, we'll partner with you to efficiently identify, attract and present candidates to you directly. We do not advertise our clients by name until we have determined that an individual is both qualified, interested, and has given us their approval to be presented. We will also never present a candidate to you without their complete authorization and interest in doing so.
